How To Fill Form for E-Shram Card

# [Ministry of Labour & Employment (E Sharam Portal) का फॉर्म भरने के लिए सबसे पहले नीचे 👇 दिये हुए Link पर Click करे । ]
1. सबसे पहले नीचे 👇 दिये हुए Link (Apply Online) पर Click करे ।
2. अब आपके सामने एक Page Open होगा जिसमें आपको आपन Mobile No. और Captcha Code को भरना है कुछ समय (15Sec) बाद आपके Mobile No पर एक OTP आयेगा जिसे आपको भर कर Click Button पर क्लिक करना है ।
3. अब आपके सामने एक पेज खुलेगा जिसमे आपको अपना Aadhar No. भरना होगा ।
4. यहां आपको अपनी Details Verify करना होगा और आपके पास 3 तरीके है Verify करने के लिए
 (a) आप ने जो मोबाईल नम्बर भरा था उस पर OTP के जरिए ।
 (b) आप अपना Biometric करा कर ।
 (c) और IRIS के माध्यम से भी उम्मीदवार अपने Details Verified करा सकता है ।
5. अब जल्दी ही आपकी सारी Details Verified हो जायेगी और वो फोटो आपको दिखेगी जो आपके आधार कार्ड पर है अब आपको Continue पर क्लिक कर आगे बड़ जाना है । 
6. अब आपके सामने एक Form Open होगा जिसमें अपनी सभी जानकारी Fill करनी होगी । जैसे कि आपका नाम, आपके पित का नाम, E-mail Id, नॉमिनी की जानकारी जिसे आप नॉमिनी बनाना चाहते हैऔर ऐसे कई जानकारी जो आप स्वयं भर सकते हैं ।
7. अब आपको अपनी Educational Qualification तथा Income भरनी होगी ।
8. अब आप जो भी काम करते है उसे भरना होगा जैसे : Labour/Helper/Driver/Carpenter/Tutor/Painter/Sales Man और जो भी जो आप करते हो ।
9. अब आपको आपने बैंक की सभी जानकारी भरनी होगी ।
10. अंत में आपको आपका Labor Card दिखाई देगा जिसमे आपकी सभी जानकारी होगी। जिसे आप ध्यानपूर्वक जांच ले।
( Form Submit करने से पहले सभी अपनी जानकारी जांच ले । )
11. अंत में आप Submit बटन पर Click करे । और आप अपने E-Shram Card का Print Out ले लीजिए या PDF Download कर ले ।

Required Documents

1. UIDAI Aadhar Card Number.
2. Any Mobile Number for OTP (Mobile No. must be linked in Aadhar Card)
3. Nominess Details.
4. Bank Account Details ( Like: Account Number, IFSC Code or AC Holder Name)
